TransApps allows you to apply different levels of transparency to your taskbar and the applications you are running. You need to select from the list what visible application you want to adjust (after selecting the application, the program will show the application's window to be adjusted), and click on the desired level of transparency (from 0 to 90%). If you want to re-change the level of transparency of the application you have just adjusted, select the application again and perform the same procedure.
If the TransApps window is opened when some application is launched or closed, you have to click "Refresh Application' List" to update the list of visible applications (the program doesn't update the list automatically). To change the level of transparency of the taskbar, click on the upper-right corner of the window (with the Windows start icon), and the program will switch to the "Transparent Taskbar" window. You can see the transparency sample and the buttons of the transparency level to set - just click on the desired level. The effect of transparency continues while the application is open; once the application's window is closed and opened again, all the windows will be shown with no effect. An icon in the system tray will be added, wherewith you can roll up-down TransApps and adjust some settings.
